Do you know What an assistant is?

Assistants are like a little line between being an ordinary member and a moderater...but you're neither. You are designed to help things run smoothly around here. You bridge the gap between members and staff, and if youdo well you can even become staff! Don't forget that you get to help out the needy and promote the progress of this here forum.

I bet you're wondering about your powers....

1. Well, you're not a moderator but you get to help them by PMing about rule-breakers and such.
2. You can post topics in our community section to help us figure out what needs to be done and think up new ideas.
3. Your name will be a different color, showing you're a helper ^-^.
4. You get to be in regular contact with a lovely staff member!
5. Becoming a moderator is a serious oppurtunity!

How can you become (and stay) an assistant?

Read all questions on this page carefully and answer as honestly as possible. I fyou can't answer something don't worry! We'll just give you extra training.

Here's the questions:

1. How much time a day can you help out?
-Please don't over-exagerate. We know things. But no worries, there's not a "bad" answer to any of these questions....just be honest and semi-serious.

2. Will this time be consistent for say, the next couple months?
-If you're not sure, just say so ok? We won't be mad. Just don't go disappearing on us.

3. Do you have ANY forum experience before and what are/were your duties?
-anything from posting to modding can be counted as experience. Can you tell us where and/or provide links?

4. How motivated are you?
-.....no one word answers please, explain yourself.

5. Wherein the forums would you be the most?
-please list each forum and why *thanks*

6. Can you summerize the rules for us?
-we actually want you to do that.

7. Do you work well with others, can you be a leader as well as a follower?
-Explain why and how you acomplish this task.

8 Give us three reasons why you would make a good addition to our team!
